Attorney Michael Y. Lo received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1975 from Queen's University, in Kingston, Canada. He received his Juris Doctor degree from University of West Los Angeles and passed the California Bar in 1981. 

He is certified by United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, as  having successfully completed all of the requirements for CM/ECF Certification.
